The Summer Willow Dress is a short version of the Willow Dress. It has puffy sleeves and shirring to the waist (shirring is a term for gathers, we make them with an elastic stitch). This dress has side pockets (thank god) and is perfect for a fun summer party or visiting with friends in the park. The Chambray is a lovely ultra-lightweight hemp and organic cotton blend.
This ethically produced dress is handmade to order by designer Cynthia Bennett in her Altadena CA studio. We carefully source our fabrics, doing our best to buy deadstock, natural fibres, organic, recycled and from fair trade and environmentally sustainable factories when possible. See our size chart.
