At home with Jill Barber
We met up with local Vancouver chanteuse and all round lovely lady Jill Barber and her kiddos the other week to try out some of our new fall styles (and some of our tried and true fall styles).

I’ve slowly got to know Jill through mutual friends, through our kids, and just seeing each other around the neighbourhood. Not only is Jill a total rock star (literally, we had to fit in our shoot before she went on a Canada wide tour), but she is also an amazingly community minded person, which I really admire. She’s the one in our neighbourhood putting on a carolling party, or an International Women’s Day party (which was truly amazing, I can’t wait to do it again).

I had wanted to ask Jill to model for us forever, but I frankly felt a bit shy. I finally got around to asking and am so glad I did because she is an amazing model, and also such a kind person. Jessica and I went over to Jill’s home the other weekend to photograph her and her kids in our Fall line. I’m so excited to share these photos with you! You can see our entire fall line here.
